Biography
Elizabeth Wager is a lecturer of Community and Organizational Leadership Studies at the Paul H. O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs in Indianapolis. Elizabeth joined the O’Neill School in 2024 from the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology, where she served as the undergraduate program director and faculty advisor for organizational leadership. Prior to that, she was an adjunct instructor of technical communication and a full-time staff advisor from 2006 to 2015. Her applied research focuses on peer mentoring and student success, evidence-based credit for prior learning (CPL), and transitional/transfer student experiences. Elizabeth has a master's degree in applied communication from Indiana University.
