In addition to our Indianapolis campus at IUPUI, the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs offers programs at the IU Bloomington campus. We also have an affiliated program at IU Northwest in Gary, Indiana.

Indianapolis is home to at least three Fortune 500 and four Fortune 100 companies as well as the largest single-day sporting event in the world, the Indianapolis 500. It is the headquarters for the NCAA and a frequent host of major college and and professional sporting events.
Its well-known cultural institutions include the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, the Indianapolis Zoo, Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art, and the Indianapolis Museum of Art.

Bloomington: Quintessential Big 10 college experience
At Bloomington, you will be on IU’s main campus—a research university that is home to 40,000 students representing 50 states and more than 125 countries.
At O’Neill in Bloomington, undergraduates can pursue a variety of majors in Public Affairs, Healthcare Management and Policy, Arts Management, or Environmental Science.
Graduate students can earn a Master of Public Affairs (MPA), Master of Science in Environmental Science (MSES), MPA/MSES dual degree, Master of Arts in Arts Administration (MAAA), MPA/MAAA dual degree, or additional dual degrees, and there’s an Online MPA option.
Doctoral students can pursue a joint Ph.D. in Public Policy, a Ph.D. in Public Affairs, or a Ph.D. in Environmental science.
