Biography
Sanghee Park is an associate professor at the O'Neill School. Her research areas include public administration, public policy, and political science, focusing on how public organizations work to achieve intended goals and/or make a difference in people’s lives.
Dr. Park's research is focused in three areas. First, she examines social disparities in political and administrative outcomes, paying particular attention to diversity and representation within policymaking entities. Her work also looks at forms of service delivery, public sector governance, and cross-sector collaboration. Lastly, Park is also interested in how governments allocate and manage personnel, financial, and organizational resources in diverse situations and contexts.
