Biography
Fredrik O. Andersson is an associate professor at the Paul H. O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs in Indianapolis, and a Faculty Affiliate of the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. His primary research is focused on nonprofit entrepreneurship, particularly as it relates to nonprofit venture emergence and the early evolution of new nonprofit organizations. Fredrik’s other research interests include nonprofit organizational governance, educational entrepreneurship, and school choice. Fredrik joined the O’Neill School in 2017 from the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee, where he was an assistant professor from 2013 to 2017 as part of the College of Letters and Science and the Helen Bader Institute for Nonprofit Management. Fredrik holds an Interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Public Affairs from the Bloch School of at Management the University of Missouri—Kansas City.
