An MPA or Graduate Certificate from the O’Neill School at IUPUI will give you the knowledge needed to impact real change and solve today's most pressing and complex issues. O’Neill Innovation and Social Change graduates leave with the professional skills necessary to deal with large-scale, fast-moving change and accelerate innovation in public, private, and nonprofit service delivery.
You can pursue your MPA on a full-time or part-time basis at our urban campus in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. The 15 credit hour Graduate Certificate provides students with opportunites to critically review, debate, and examine the theory and practice of social entrepreneurship.
The GRE is not required to begin either program.
