Any Indiana University student pursuing a bachelor's degree may also pursue a minor in Human Resources Management. Students who are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a Management major should consult with their academic advisor to ensure they are following the policy on double-counting courses. O’Neill students earning an O’Neill minor may double count two minor courses.
A minimum GPA of 2.3 is required in courses taken specifically for the minor. At least 9 of the 15 credit hours must be taken on the IU Indianapolis campus. During their final term of enrollment, students must also apply to have the minor conferred with their degree by completing the O’Neill graduation application.
