Any students enrolled in the IU Indianapolis Honors College or possessing a cumulative IU GPA of at least 3.5 may pursue the Honors Minor in Leadership. The 15-credit honors minor provides exposure to current theories and practices designed to prepare students for future leadership roles. This customizable program permits students to create a personalized leadership curriculum aligned with their career aspirations.
