IU Executive Education has partnered with the Indiana Hospital Association to conduct the IHA Management Institute, specifically designed for managers in healthcare organizations.
Throughout the program, you'll refine or develop key skills in healthcare financial management, team coaching, conflict resolution, and essential HR practices for managers. As you learn, you'll be able to apply these new skills immediately to your workplace, driving real impact. To maximize your growth, we intentionally keep class sizes small, ensuring personalized, one-on-one instruction. This also creates opportunities to build meaningful connections with classmates and establish lasting professional relationships.
The 10-course program lasts approximately six months, with one to two courses each month on Tuesdays. Participants who successfully complete 9 of the 10 courses will qualify for the Healthcare Manager Certificate.
